Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. This page explains what Workframe stores in your browser and which other services load when you use it.

• Your sign-in session (essential). When you sign in, your browser keeps a session so you stay signed in as you move around. It is removed when you sign out. Without it you can't use your account.
• Sign-up progress (essential). While you set up your creative profile, your answers are kept temporarily in your browser so you don't lose them if you refresh the page. They are cleared when you finish.
• Recently visited pages (preference). Workframe remembers the last few pages you opened in your workspace so it can show them on your Home page. This stays in your browser only.

We don't use this storage to advertise to you or to follow you across other websites.

• Google Fonts supplies our typeface. When a page loads, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser details.
• YouTube and Vimeo provide the video players for videos that creatives add to their projects. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced address, but these players may still set their own cookies when a video loads or plays. When a creative adds a Vimeo link, we also ask Vimeo for the video's preview picture.
• Our hosting and database providers record ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the service running and secure.

These services have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we don't control.

We don't currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking cookies on Workframe. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your permission where the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. If you block the storage Workframe needs for your sign-in session, you won't be able to stay signed in. Clearing your site data signs you out and clears your recently visited pages.
